Passengers on central are forced to travel without ticket. This fact came in notice when some passengers told that they want to purchase tickets but no regular ticket window is working on so many stations on suberban stations in Central Railway.
Our correspondant told that on GTB Nagar railway station one temporary ticket window is made in a booking hall on the north side near FOB from where passengers use to purchase the tickets, but this window is only working from morning to 2 p.m. and afterthat the window remain closed resulting the passengers who want to purchase the ticket have to go a long way on the top of the station and that also sometime closed.
Central Railway authorities are requested so many times to ensure that ticket window should be opened all the 24 hrs enable the passengers to have their valid tickets.
