लालू की नजर में राहुल गांधी बने महात्मा गांधी

महात्मा गांधी बनना और बनाना लालू का काम नहीं, गांधी को महात्मा देश ने बनाया था ।

PATNA: JantaDal(U) general secretary Shivanand Tiwary, MP, assailed railway minister Lalu Prasad for his comments that Rahul Gandhi is like Mahatma Gandhi. He said it reminded him of former Congress president D K Barooah's infamous remark about Indira Gandhi, "Indira is India and India is Indira." Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan was alive and he had reacted by calling Barooah a "court jester." Tiwary said the Congress general secretary is on tour of country and Lalu has drawn a similarity between Rahul's tour and the historic tour undertaken by Mahatma Gandhi in 1916 after his return from South Africa at the initiative of Gopal Krishna Gokhale. "I don't know what JP would have said about his disciple (Lalu) on hearing this comment, but Barooah must be laughing after all he had praised Indira Gandhi and Lalu is praising Rahul Gandhi, " said Tiwary who insisted he was feeling ashamed to hear such remarks from a JP movement activist.
